These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Slash Anywhere ("Slash Anywhere", "we", "us", or "our"), including our browser extension, website, and related services.

By using Slash Anywhere, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The Service

Slash Anywhere is a productivity tool that lets you create and use slash commands, reusable variables, and related features to insert text and other values into supported web fields.

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time.

2. Accounts

You may use some Slash Anywhere features without an account. Certain features, including synchronization across devices, require you to sign in with Google.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity associated with your account.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of the commands, snippets, variables, and other content you create in Slash Anywhere.

You grant us only the limited rights necessary to store, synchronize, and provide that content as part of the service.

You are responsible for the content you create and use with Slash Anywhere and for ensuring that you have the rights necessary to use it.

4. Pro Subscription

Slash Anywhere offers an optional paid Pro plan.

• Monthly: $5 per month
• Annual: $45 per year

Prices may change in the future. Any applicable taxes may be added as required by law.

5. Billing and Cancellation

Pro subscriptions are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize the applicable subscription charges through the payment method provided to Stripe.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will not be charged for another billing period, and your Pro access will remain available until the end of your current paid billing period.

6. Refunds

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting info@slashanywhere.com. Refund requests are handled in accordance with applicable law.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use Slash Anywhere for unlawful purposes;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or another user's account;
• interfere with or disrupt the service or its security;
• use the service to violate the rights of others; or
• attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent technical restrictions of the service, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

8. Third-Party Services

Slash Anywhere relies on third-party services such as Google for authentication and Stripe for payment processing. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.

9. Availability

We aim to keep Slash Anywhere available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available on every website or browser environment.

10. Disclaimer

Slash Anywhere is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We make no warranties that the service will meet every requirement or that all features will operate without interruption or errors.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Slash Anywhere will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Slash Anywhere if you materially violate these Terms, if necessary to protect the service or other users, or where required by law.

You may stop using Slash Anywhere at any time. You may also request deletion of your account by contacting info@slashanywhere.com.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If material changes are made, we will provide appropriate notice. Your continued use of Slash Anywhere after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Slash Anywhere and its operator, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to you under the laws of your country of residence.
